The Coyne Airways team has grown considerably since we started back in 1994 but we still like to maintain that small, “family airline” feel. Part of that is knowing who you are dealing with when you contact us, so you can put a face to the name and also know a little more about each of us, from Director level down. Below you can find all you need to know about our friendly Dubai team, so now you know you are not dealing with a robot but a real person. Bet you wish all airlines were like that!
Directors
Chief Operating Officer
Liana is a graduate of Oxford University and an English qualified solicitor. She worked for international law firm, Baker & McKenzie, in both their London and Hong Kong offices for nearly six years prior to joining the family business.
Customer Services
Customer Services Manager
Annette has a degree in Business Commerce from St Agnes Degree College, Mangalore, India. She joined Coyne Airways in February 2008 as a customer services agent and has since progressed to become customer services manager.
Customer Services Supervisor
Ryan joined the Coyne Airways customer services team in December 2011 having worked with Kingfisher Airlines for four years in ground services. Ryan also brings his vital experience as a load controller and ground dispatcher to our customer services team.
Customer Service Representative
Lawrence is a Commerce Graduate from St. Xavier’s College, Goa, India. Following spells working for Kingfisher Airlines at Goa Airport and at Rental solution and services in Dubai, he joined the Coyne Airways customer services team in April 2013.
Customer Services Representitive
Jenny is a graduate of Management Accounting from University of the East-Manila, Philippines. Prior to joining Coyne Airways in September 2011, she has worked for IBM Daksh (Philippines) as a Customer Service Representative.
Operations
Operations Supervisor
Lloyd joined the Coyne Airways operations department in January 2012 and is a graduate from the Indiana Aerospace University in the Philippines with a Bachelor’s Degree in Aircraft Maintenance Engineering and an Associate Degree in Aircraft Technology.
Operations Supervisor
Sanil joined the Coyne Airways operations team as Cargo Supervisor in February 2013. He brings over 6 years of experience in flight and cargo operations.
Operations Assistant
Bashir joined the Coyne airways Dubai Operations team with a wealth of experience in cargo operations, working previously as Cargo Assistant in the Transguard Warehouse Operation (under Dnata). Bashir joined Coyne Airways in November 2012.
Accounts
Chief Accountant
Murtaza is a graduate of Karachi University, Pakistan where he obtained a major in Accounting and completed diploma in computer science. He joined the Coyne Airways Dubai accounts team in March 2008.
Accountant
Lea is a graduate of Bicol University, Philippines obtained her degree with a major in Accounting and completed a Masters degree course in Management. She has previous work experience as an Accounting Supervisor of All Electronics Enterprises Philippines.
