Ashraf Salama 1954-2015
We are sorry to announce that our friend and colleague Ashraf Salama passed away on 11th March aged 60.
Ash was a very popular member of the Coyne Airways team, both among his colleagues and with our customers, many of whom would ask to speak with him before anyone else.
He joined the company in March 2011, working as part of the Caspian team and was always the first in the office and one of the last to leave. His dedication to the job was unquestionable and it was clear that he enjoyed working with us just as much as we enjoyed working with him.
Everyone will miss his ability to brighten up the dullest day with a “short” story, or an opinion on the news of the day. We will also miss his seemingly limitless supply of confectionary! Most of all though we will miss working with one of the nicest people you could ever hope to meet.
The thoughts of everyone at Coyne Airways are with his family.
