Bahar studied engineering and economics at The Turkmen Polytechnic Institute and has also completed a course in finance and accountant management, gaining an ICCAA. Before joining Coyne Airways in May 2004 Bahar worked as the chief accountant for Fujeta International company and between 1995 to 2002 she worked for the Ministry of energy and industry in Turkmenistan as an assistant to the chief accountant. Bahar is now in charge of charters and Caspian flight operations.
